En 10 ans, je n'ai toujours pas trouvé d'équivalent en français à l'expression "chocolate teapot". J'ai lu récemment un roman avec ce titre et cette explication:
"You know, Phil, because we're seniors a lot of folks think we're all washed up... On the heap, out to pasture. Just about as useful as a chocolate teapot."...
"What would happen if you were to put a chocolate teapot to work with hot water?"
Phil shrugged. "It would go gooey, melt and collapse."
Wendy nodded. "Right, that's the way society thinks of folk of our age."
